Muditha Cooray joined the University of Hertfordshire as a Lecturer in 2002 and has since been appointed Senior Lecturer, Head of Group, Associate Head of Department and his current role as Director of MBA Programmes in 2008. Muditha graduated from the Keele MBA with a distinction in 1998. Prior to joining academia, Muditha has gained international exposure with leading organisations such as Carlsberg, Siemens and Mercedes Benz. His professional career has given him the opportunity to work in Australia, Asia, Europe, US and the UK.
